Episode #411 of BGMania: A Video Game Music Podcast. Today on the show, Bryan and Bedroth take a nostalgic trip down memory lane to relive the magic that was brick-and-mortar rental stores.
The guys brought tracks from games that they have specific rental stories to tell, spread across the years of walking down those aisles, scanning shelves and box arts, and trying to figure out what the hell they wanted to play that weekend. Join us for some heartfelt stories, laughs, and the beauty of just being a kid during the late 80's and all throughout the 90's!

This episode was a trip down memory lane from movies to video games. The stories y’all told were amazing, and they brought back so many great times I had with my friends. From weekend sleepovers to any type of party, my friend and I were huge gamers. It’s so huge that there was a time period between 6th and 9th grade, that girls wouldn’t even talk to me because I was called the Nintendo Fiend. I had developed a reputation for beating games fast. Regardless, thanks for the memories, gentlemen. 💪
